I am just glad that Thursday is my day off of running. It is forcast to be up to a much more comfortable 21 degrees tomorrow. Anyone up for 6 miles?

Forget Hawaii... come to St. Louis!
As I drove to work this morning, the radio DJ reported that the temperature outside was 0 degrees Fahrenheit - with a "feels like" factor of -15 degrees! Fortunately, it warmed up a bit this afternoon - up to a balmy 12 degrees (feels like -4).

Oh my gosh. I was watching all the news stories about how cold it it in the midwest. I forgot that you're there in the midst of all of it. Hmm. I'm not jealous at all. Good thing you're getting out of there soon.
HOLY COW!!! ZI don't know if I could function. I hate to be cold everwhere I go. 6 miles?? There are so many things wrong with that statement. First 6 miles in that weather...I don't think I would do 6 miles in 70 degree weather. A comfortable 21?? No thanks!!! You go ahead and enjoy.
I'm cold just thinking about that. That is why I live in sunny St. George, however I think it's runied me. I HATE the cold and snow now!!!!
I would be there if I could, but since I can't I'll injoy my 26 degrees. Can't wait for some recovery runs on the beach...
